Introduction of Python

History of Python

  • Python was found in 1980.
  • Guido Van Rossum was first person who implemented python in 1989.
  • Python was release as a programming language in 1991.
  • In 1994, Python 1.0 was release as first version of python.
  • Python 2.0 was release in 2000 as 2nd version.

Introduction of Python

Python is a high level and object oriented programming language. Till now there are 3 versions of python is available in the market. The third version of python was release in 2008 as python3. The latest version of python is python 3.7. The most of the organizations are probably working with python3.

Using python we can do everything like as build mobile application, web application and many more programming thing in simple way.

Basics of Python

The basics of pythons are very simple as compare to the other programming language like it is a straight forward programming language, which means it is having a simple way to write a program e.g- if we want to make a simple program of adding two numbers like 3+7, so there is no need to write a lot of syntax. You just need to write print and your output will be 7. So from this we can say a lot of efforts.

In python we can stay away from a lot of braces like curly braces. Using this property of python a very long program can reduce in a small and simple way. The code of python is very simple to read, everyone can read the code easily, means if we have develop a very long code so it is very simple to read and understand easily.

Dynamically typed language

In python, no need to declare variable with their type because it is dynamically typed language. A dynamically-typed means, check the the type of a variable on run time. The example of dynamically typed programming language are PHP, JavaScript, Ruby etc.

In this example, we have declared variables without their type like string, int or float. We will discuss later data type in python.

Memory management

Python language can do automatically memory management that means the garbage value will be deleted automatically from the code at the time of interpretation because the compiler is not available in python. So python is a interpreted language.

If we have develop the python code then this code can be run on any operating system or multiple OS, that means python is platform independent. Hence these are the basics of python programming language.
